FY series subliquid pump

FY type corrosion-resistant vertical subliquid pump is a single-stage, single-suction, long-shaft subliquid centrifugal pump. Its mark, rated performance point and flange connection size are equivalent to |SO2858 international standard, and the technical conditions are SO5199 standard. Compared with the original FY type corrosion-resistant fluid under pump, it has the advantages of small volume, high efficiency, good energy saving effect and reliable operation. Suitable for conveying corrosive medium without solid particles and abrasive.

The pump transport temperature is generally 0 ~ 105 ℃. Heat preservation jacket and cooling jacket, low temperature or high temperature wear-resistant bearing can be used at 20 ℃ or 105 ℃ 180 ℃. This kind of situation should be explained by the user.

If the conveying medium contains a small number of solid particles, the sliding bearing shall adopt external lubrication (water with external pressure greater than 0.2mpa and other permitted media), and users shall explain such situation. The working pressure of the pump is designed as 1.6MPa. Pump performance range: flow rate 1.6~1600m3/h head is 5~80m.

According to different conveying medium, the material of FY vertical fluid under pump contact liquid part can be made of cast iron (indicated by symbol H), cast steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti(indicated by symbol B), 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti(indicated by symbol M), 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 904, Lewmet alloy and 20 alloy.
