1、The cooling and lubrication of magnetic pump bearings depend on the medium to be transported, so it is absolutely forbidden to transfer by air, while avoiding the space-time load operation caused by restarting after the power cut in the middle of work.

2、In the conveying medium, if there are solid particles, the pump inlet should be filtered: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, magnetic filter should be added.

3、Pump temperature in use should be less than 40 ℃, motor temperature rise should not exceed 75 ℃.

4、For the delivery fluid is precipitate and crystallized medium, after use should be cleaned in time to drain the fluid accumulated in the pump.

5、After 1000 hours of normal operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearing and the end moving ring should be removed and checked, and the easily damaged parts that are not suitable for use should be replaced.
