What are the attentions of the magnetic pump?

1、Keep particles out

(1)、Do not allow ferromagnetic impurities, particles into the magnetic drive and bearing friction pairs.
(2)、After transporting the medium which is easy to crystallize or precipitate, wash it in time ，so as to ensure the service life of sliding bearing.

(3)、When conveying medium containing solid particles, filter at the pump inlet.

2、Prevention of demagnetization

(1)、The magnetic moment cannot be designed too small.
(2)、It shall operate under the specified temperature condition.

3、Prevent dry friction

(1)、Idling is strictly prohibited.

(2)、Media evacuation is strictly prohibited.

(3)、When the outlet valve is closed, the pump shall not run for more than 2 mins to prevent the magnetic drive from overheating.
